POSTAGE / SHIPPING £2.85 United Kingdom £6.95 European Union Countries (Approx 9 Euros) £7.95 USA & rest of the World (Approx $14) FULFILLING ORDERS Most items are kept in stock and we operate a rolling back order system with our manufacturers to ensure items are be back in stock in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship stock orders the next working day and all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, the customer will have the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made. Style Lingerie Ltd will usually be able to notify you within 72 hours on the status of your order. Customer service is important and we are averaging over 95% of orders dispatched the next working day. Please note that at the checkout it is important to provide a valid email address so that we can email you your order confirmation and also to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We do not keep email addresses on file and we do not send ANY spam email or special offer newsletters to our customers. You are quite safe providing your permanent email address. For overseas orders we send all packages by 'signed for' delivery which means the customer will have to sign for the package on delivery. We guarantee delivery to the destination country but we cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your postal service within your country.
All orders are mailed in discreet plain parcels by Royal Mail registered delivery. At the checkout you will have the option to have your order sent to a different address to that of the card holder - ideal if your purchase is a gift for someone else or maybe it is easier to receive your order at your place of work. Due to increasing credit card fraud, we regret we cannot mail goods to PO boxes. Shipping charges are as follows:

We have opted to associate ourselves with Protx, one of the World's leading Online Credit Card Payment Providers. Payment can be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SWITCH & DELTA. All payments are transacted directly between the customer and Protx. Style Lingerie Ltd are not made aware of credit card details.
Payments will appear as 'Style Lingerie Ltd' on your bank statement or credit card statement.

RETURNS POLICY
1: In line with health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of thongs, g-strings, knickers or hosiery for hygiene reasons.
All items are checked for defects before posting. If an garment is found to be defective, please accept our apologies and we will endeavor to replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.
If we cannot replace it, you will be offered a refund.
Before returning lingerie or nightwear for replacement in a different size or colour please check the appropriate website garment page to make sure we have the size or colour in stock that you want a replacement for in order that we can put it aside in advance.
5: Lingerie and nightwear should be returned in it's original packaging and not having been worn or washed. Customers must notify us of returns within seven days of purchase. Please also pay particular attention to perfume damage.
8. All lingerie or nightwear returns must have a returns number and your surname clearly written on the front of your return package.
Customers can obtain a returns number by emailing us using our simple returns form (see below for the link).
9: Trade clearance and retail returns of sale and end of line garments: Style Lingerie Ltd operate a policy of sales promotions throughout the year and in general sales promotions, 'trade clearance' or 'job lot' will not be eligible for returns.
10: Money laundering regulations and administration charges: If you are returning lingerie or nightwear that was a gift please be aware that due to the money laundering regulations any refunds will only be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. Style Lingerie Ltd use a card processing payment provider for all transactions; please allow up to 30 days for refunds. Returns other than for replacement of faulty garments or exchanges for a different size or colour may be subject to an administration handling charge of 15% (with a minimum of five pounds sterling) of the original cost depending on the circumstances.
11. You are recommended to return your lingerie or nightwear via registered post. Style Lingerie Ltd cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.
12: Lingerie or nightwear returned damaged, not in it's original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling or perfume will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

RETURNS POLICY EXTRA INFORMATION (Customers outside the European Union)
When returning goods from outside the European Union please make sure the package is clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state the above, Style Lingerie Ltd may not be able to accept delivery of the return package.
