Nightwear sizes are either measured in chest size (same as a bra strap) 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 etc; or by UK dress size 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, etc. In most cases we give both. If your not sure check the labels of her favourite nightwear (check a couple of garments to make sure).
