Postage / Shipping
(and not spoiling your surprise):
All orders are mailed in discreet plain parcels by Royal Mail "signed for" registered delivery.
Gifts: We do not put our company name on the parcel, so we will not spoil any surprises for your loved one. All invoices are delivered by electronic email, so there will be no invoice or dispatch note inside the parcel giving away the contents or how much you have spent.
At the checkout you will have the option to have your order sent to a different address to that of the card holder; ideal if your purchase is a gift for someone else or maybe it is easier to receive your order at your place of work.
Over half of our customers are purchasing gifts for someone else and we completely understand the need not to spoil any surprise.

Fulfilling customer orders:
All
garments are in stock and we use a real time stock control system (excluding made to order specials). We aim to ship 'in stock' orders the next working day. In the unlikely event we unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, the customer will have the option to cancel the order.
Customer service is important and over
98% of all orders dispatched within 2 working days.
Email privacy:
Please note that at the checkout it is important to provide a valid email address so that we can email you your order confirmation and also to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We do not keep email addresses on file and we do not send any spam email or special offer newsletters to our customers. You are quite safe providing your main email address.
Overseas orders:
For overseas orders we send all packages Airmail by 'signed for' delivery which means the customer will have to sign for the package on delivery. We guarantee delivery to the destination country but we cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your postal service within your country.
Customs declaration for orders outside of the European Union:
With regard to gifts and not spoiling any surprise; orders outside of the European Union may require a customs declaration label on the parcel. We will declare the contents as "Clothing" for the purpose of customs.
Import duty for overseas orders outside of the European Union: Every country has different rules and regulations: customers should be aware that any import duty payable on orders outside of the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
Minimum orders:
Our minimum order value excluding delivery is £6.50 sterling.

Price match guarantee: We will refund the difference if you find any product in stock in the UK at a cheaper price within 7 days of purchase. Please note that many Internet retailers are drop ship businesses and do not keep stock, although they may imply they have stock. An exact garment must be in stock in the UK to qualify. If there is any doubt it will be up to the customer to provide evidence that a competitor has the exact same garment in stock at a cheaper price.
Money laundering regulations:
If you are returning lingerie or nightwear that was a gift please be aware that due to the money laundering regulations any refunds will only be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. Style Lingerie use a card processing payment provider for all transactions; please allow up to thirty days for refunds. In the event of the customer's payment card being cancelled or having expired during the normal returns and refund period; we may offer to exchange goods to the same value, less delivery costs, at our descretion.
UK and worldwide postage costs:
Postage and packing cannot be refunded. In a small number of cases, the actual cost of postage and packing may differ from what you paid. If you are
exchanging lingerie or nightwear for a different size we do not usually charge postage twice for UK customers.
United Kingdom free postage: From time to time we may offer free postage for United Kingdom orders over a certain order value. If the value of the return brings the order value below the free postage offer, the actual cost of postage and packing will be deducted from any refund.
Worldwide free shipping: From time to time we may offer free shipping for European and Worlwide orders over a certain value. If the value of the return brings the order value below the free shipping offer, the actual cost of shipping and packing will be deducted from any refund.
Exchanging garments: One free exchange is acceptable per order for United Kingdom orders. If the free exchange is not acceptable, please remember that the exchange garment must be returned within fourteen days of the original purchase to qualify for a refund and we reserve the right to deduct additional postage and packing costs from any refund issued.
Made to order garments:
Made to order items can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault and we will need to return the lingerie or nightwear to the manufacturer for repair or to have the item re-made. Customers will not be entitled to a refund.
Trade clearance & retail returns of end of line sale garments:
Style Lingerie Ltd operate a policy of sales promotions throughout the year and in general sales promotions up to, but not including sixty percent off, can be returned for a replacement or refund in the usual way. Lingerie and nightwear end of line stock marked down by sixty percent or more or end of line stock marked as a 'trade clearance' or 'job lot', indicated with 'NR' at the end of the SKU garment code, will not be eligible for returns. We are also involved with some wholesaling and many of our customers are ebay retailers or market traders, etc; therefore trade clearance items at or below trade price are deemed to be business to business transactions. This only applies to items clearly marked 'NR' at the end of the garment code which typically represents less than one percent of our total sales.
Recommended method of postage for returns:
You are recommended to return your lingerie or nightwear via registered post. Style Lingerie cannot be held responsible to return packages lost in the postal system. We do not accept packages sent via courier companies.
Damage by the customer:
Lingerie or nightwear returned damaged, not in it's original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed, badly creased or smelling of perfume will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund. Furthermore, for clarification of any warranty offered; any garment that has been washed, either by machine or by hand, is not eligible for replacement or refund under any circumstances. Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods throughout the period of cancellation.
Exclusions to our returns policy:
A few products are excluded from our returns policy and will not be eligible for replacement or refunds: Hosiery is excluded for hygiene reasons (but only if the package has been opened); g-strings, thongs, knickers without hygiene seals or broken tags, nipple covers, made to order garments (see above) and any lingerie or nightwear sealed in plastic which has been opened by the customer. Lingerie or nightwear with broken diamante detailing are also excluded (all garments are carefully inspected on dispatch and unfortunately diamantes can be easily damaged whilst being worn if not treated with care). Gift boxes are not reusable or resalable and are excluded from our returns policy and customers shall not be entitled to a refund. We recommend customers retain any gift wrapping or gift boxes if they are requesting an exchange.
Cut off period for returns:
All returns must be received by Style Lingerie within fourteen days of the order date shown on the invoice or within seven days of receiving the parcel (the date the customer signed for the delivery). All return requests, for whatever purpose, should be notified in writing by durable means, not by telephone. We provide a returns form which can be downloaded as a PDF file and this is the preferred method of notification which can be easily included with your return package.
Faulty goods should be notified to us by durable means and returned within fourteen days of purchase or within seven days of receiving the goods (subject to our usual returns period and proceedure and subject to our damage by the customer clause).
Late returns: Late returns of unwanted garments after fourteen days of purchase or after seven days of receiving the package are at the customers own risk and will not qualify for a free replacement, refund, the return of garment(s) back to the customer or any other action by Style Lingerie Ltd; whether or not proof of delivery has been established.
Duplicate ordering and card processing errors, administration charges: In the event of a duplicate order error by the customer, or in the case of processing error by the customer's bank or credit card company which is beyond our control; we reserve the right to make a fifteen pounds sterling administration charge, deducted against any refund due to the customer.
Non delivery United Kingdom: All packages are sent first class signed for delivery. In the event of the customer refusing the delivery or not collecting an undelivered package from the customer's local sorting office; we reserve the right to make an administration charge of fifteen pounds sterling to cover the costs of repacking and posting the order (assuming the package has been returned to us by the post office). Payment can be made by cheque, cash or via PayPal. In the event of non delivery at the customers own fault; customers shall not be entitled to a refund.
Non delivery overseas orders lost: All overseas packages are sent airmail with signed for delivery. Style Lingerie Ltd will guarantee delivery to the destination country (which can be checked on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number), not the actual overseas postal address. In the event of non delivery customers shall not be entitled to a refund.
Non delivery overseas orders returned: In the event of undelivered packages being returned to us by the post office for overseas orders we reserve the right to make an administration charge of twenty five pounds sterling to cover the costs of repacking and shipping. Payment can be made via PayPal. Customers shall not be entitled to a refund.
Refusal by customs overseas orders: In the event of a package being refused by customs in the customer's own country, customers shall not be entitled to a refund (please see our terms relating to overseas delivery which only guarantees delivery to the destination country). Packages refused entry by customs are deemed to have been delivered to the destination country. If the package is returned to us by the post office we reserve the right to make an administration charge of twenty five pounds sterling to cover the cost of repacking and postage. Payment can be made via PayPal.
