14 day return policy
Garments should be returned to us with all labels attached and not having been worn or washed.
Customers have a
duty of care to return unwanted underwear and nightwear neatly folded and protected so that they are in a resalable condition. You do not have to return the original postal box used, but you should ensure garments are well protected in transit.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
We recommend you return underwear and nightwear by recorded delivery with
your
surname,
address and
order number written on the back of your return package. We do not accept return packages sent via couriers from overseas; please do not use FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or any other courier company as your package will be refused.
