14 day return policy
Lingerie and nightwear must be returned to us in it's original packaging with all labels attached and not having been worn or washed.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of your parcel (which ever is the longer period - this allows our overseas customers ample time to make a return).
Customers have a
duty of care to return unwanted garments neatly folded and protected so that they are in a resalable condition. You do not have to return the original postal box used, but you should ensure garments are well protected in transit.
We recommend you return garments by recorded delivery.
All returns must have your
surname,
address,
order number and
date of purchase written on the back of your return package.
