About Us - Who are Style Lingerie Ltd?
 
We are a UK based lingerie retailer, established in 2004. Style Lingerie is one of the most popular lingerie stores on the Internet with thousands of regular customers in more than 65 countries. We are a "Ltd" company which is similar to an incorporated business in the US.

Yes, we collect only the information necessary to process your order and let you know the status of your order. We will never pass any information about our customers to anyone else. 
 

Is it safe to provide my personal email address?
 
Yes, we take pride in being a spam free business and we do not contact our customers about special offers or operate any type of email marketing. You will only receive emails from us about your order.
 

Are my credit card or debit card details safe?
 
Yes, we use Lloyds Cardnet and Sage Pay to process our customer card payments. This is completely automated and we are never made aware of customers personal card details. As an alternative, customers may pay using PayPal. For further details about secure payment, please click here

How do I know if a garment is in stock?
 
On each product page you will find details of what we have in stock by clicking on the 'size' drop down box. Stock availability is updated several times each day.
 

How do I know which size to order?
 
We include a size chart on every garment page. Every lingerie manufacturer's sizes are slightly different so we have a unique size chart for every manufacturer which includes UK, USA, European, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, Russian and Japanise sizes. When will you ship my order?
 
Over 98% of all orders are shipped within 2 working days and most of these are dispatched the same day or the next working day.
 

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
 
 
We will email you the day your order is dispatched to let you know it's on it's way.
 

When will I receive my order?
 
UK orders are mailed Royal Mail first class with 'signed for' delivery. UK customers should usually expect delivery within 1-2 working days after posting. (Also see question below).

Overseas orders are shipped by Air Mail priority handling with 'signed for' delivery and overseas customers should usually expect delivery within 5-10 working days. (Also see question below).
 
 
I have not received my order?
 
UK customers who have not received their order within 7 working days of posting should contact us and we will look into the problem and provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number for your order.
 
Overseas customers who have not received their order within 14 working days of shipping should contact us and we will look into the problem and provide you with the Air Mail tracking number for your order.
 
Please allow extra time at Christmas before contacting us about undelivered parcels. (Our American and Canadian customers should be aware that most late deliveries are a result of parcels being held up by Customs in your own country).
 
 
I have a problem ordering at the checkout?
 
This is a dynamic website which uses the latest shopping cart technology and it's designed to work with the latest browser versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox, etc. We are aware of a small number of problems with customers using older versions of Internet Explorer (IE 6 or older) and with the BT Yahoo browser. The most common problem is the shopping cart resetting itself and loosing inputted data. We recommend that customers upgrade to the latest browser software which usually only takes 10 minutes to download on the Internet.


I am an existing customer but I can't log in to make another purchase?
 
The most likely cause is that you have typed your email address or password incorrectly. Try another password that you may use often or create another account. Unfortunately we are not able to access your password which is only known to yourself.
 
 
I have placed an order but not received any email confirmations?
 
If you have placed an order and made payment but not received any emails then you probably made an error typing your email address at the checkout. This is a fairly common situation where around 1 in 20 customers make an error typing their email address and order confirmation and shipping emails are returned to us as not delivered by your ISP. It is unlikely that emails from our web server are treated as spam as we do not operate any form of email marketing.
 

Can I pay in Euros or US Dollars?
 
Prices may be shown in your currency; however, at the checkout you will be billed in Sterling (British Pounds) and your credit card company or bank will apply an appropriate exchange rate to your own currency.
 

What will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
 
Your credit card or bank statement will show payment to 'Style Lingerie Ltd'
 

My purchase is a gift, can I have it wrapped?
